Overall view of the fleet

The dashboard allows you to have a global view of your fleet, your costs and maintenance as well as a management advice center

It is composed of 3 main parts:

1. The total cost of your fleet with dynamic graphs representing :

  • Its evolution
  • Its current distribution
  • The evolution of the CPM
  • Distribution by vehicle

2. A synthetic analysis of the fleet according to brand, mileage, age and financing method

3. The Advice Center with all your vehicles, their status with regard to the law of the road and maintenance (colored dots :  )

4. Move the cursor over the  to display the contents of the next technical review.

5. Click on the pictograms to access the details of the vehicles and their contracts

  : corresponds to the characteristics of the vehicle, the driver and the possible fuel cards.

 : corresponds to possible contracts related to vehicles: acquisition (purchase, rental...), maintenance, insurance, assistance, tires...

All information is essential for the proper functioning of the platform.

The address is essential for an automated treatment of the offences (option to subscribe).

Fuel card

If you have cards, all the information is essential for the proper functioning of the platform. Specify in particular whether the card is assigned to the driver or the vehicle.

Contracts

The contracts subscribed for your vehicles are entered in this section. They are very important because they are recurring costs (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually...) and feed the cost dashboard. There can be 5 types:

  • Acquisition: purchase, credit, LPO/Credit Lease, long or medium term rental.
  • Insurance 
  • Assistance
  • Maintenance
  • Tires

Contact your customer service representative to modify or add vehicles and contracts.

Modification of contracts

The OPTIPARK option includes the entry of your contracts and addendums by us.

Contact your customer advisor to give him/her the information to enter.

However, if you wish to do it yourself, here is the procedure to follow:

Meaning of the icons

For each contract, a series of pictograms of actions is present:

Create an addendum

You must not modify a current contract (unless you make an error in entering it).

When a contract expires and is modified (new dates, new amount...) or when there is a change of supplier (the insurer changes from AXA to AGF for example), you must :

  • Close the existing contract
  • Create an addendum

1. On the existing contract, click on

2. In the window that just opened, enter the closing date of the current contract and SAVE.

3. Then click on

4. A new line appears: enter the information of the addendum.
