Immobilisations page and bulk actions

Control immobilisation across your entire fleet from a single screen. A new Immobilisations page is now available in Optimum. It brings together the status of all your vehicles fitted with an immobilisation relay and lets you act on several vehicles in just a few clicks.

A vehicle not returned, used outside agreed terms, a contract ending: when one or more vehicles need to be secured, every minute counts. No more opening vehicle records one by one: everything now happens in one place.

📍 Where to find the new page

Go to the left-hand menu and click Immobilisations.

The menu entry appears automatically as soon as your fleet has at least one vehicle fitted with an immobilisation relay. No activation is needed on your side.

📊 Your fleet at a glance

At the top of the page, four indicators sum up the situation of all your equipped vehicles:

• Total equipped: the number of vehicles fitted with an immobilisation relay.
• Immobilised vehicles: vehicles currently blocked.
• Pending requests: immobilisations requested, which will be applied as soon as safety conditions are met.
• Technical failures: requests that could not be completed and need your attention.

These counters always cover your whole fleet, even when you filter or search the table.

🔎 A clear tracking table

Each equipped vehicle is listed with its registration, model, driver and immobilisation status:

The Since column shows how long the current status has been in place ("Just now", "10m", "2h 15m", "3 d", then the date after one week). Hover over it to see the exact date and time.

To find a vehicle quickly:

• Search by registration, make, model, driver's first or last name, or status.
• Filter and sort by status from the table header.
• Refresh the data without losing your search, filters or selection.
• Export the displayed list, with your filters and sorting, to share or archive it.

👆 Act on a vehicle in one click

Each row directly offers the right action for the vehicle's status:

No menus to browse: the action you need is always right in front of you.

✨ New: bulk actions

This is the headline feature: you can now immobilise, release or cancel on several vehicles in a single operation.

1. Tick the vehicles concerned in the table, or tick the header to select them all.
2. A bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing the number of selected vehicles and the available actions: Request immobilisation, Cancel request, Release immobilisation.
3. Confirm in the window that opens. It reminds you how many vehicles are concerned and the conditions that apply.
4. A message confirms the result: the action was applied to all vehicles, to some of them, or to none.

Your selection can mix vehicles with different statuses. Optimum applies the action only to the vehicles it concerns and skips the others. For example, an immobilisation request will not be sent to a vehicle that is already pending.

🛡️ Safety first

Immobilisation is never applied to a moving vehicle. It runs automatically as soon as the vehicle is stationary, so it may be delayed. In the meantime, the vehicle shows as "Pending". Conversely, releasing immobilisation allows the vehicle to restart immediately.

The Immobilisations page is available now for all fleets equipped with an immobilisation relay. Open Optimum and click Immobilisations in the menu to discover it.
