List of identification requests

The list of requests for identification is displayed with the data on the offences:

1. This is where you need to focus and act (see below)

2. In the LESSOR column, the name of your organization (if unique) or the name of the subsidiary or client involved is shown.

3. The NUMBER OF REQUESTS column indicates the number of times this ID request was submitted to you and therefore not answered by you.

Warning!
After 46 unsuccessful requests, the paper ticket will automatically be issued and sent, without markup, to the owner mentioned on the Certificate of Registration.

CASE #1: THE DRIVER IS CORRECTLY IDENTIFIED

1. The driver is the actual offender.

2. From the STATUS drop-down menu, select OK

3. Once all identifications have been completed, click SAVE and the file will be transferred to ANTAI.

4. Drivers will receive the ticket at their home.

Requests transferred with “Pending” status will be re-applied the next day.

CASE #2: DRIVER NOT CORRECTLY IDENTIFIED

Click on the pictogram  and then on CHANGE DRIVER

From the relevant drop-down menu, select the Actual Driver. The name is changed in the table.

3.Click SAVE.

4. From the STATUS drop-down menu, select OK.

5. When all identifications have been completed, click on SAVE and the file will be transferred to ANTAI.

Other cases

Other cases may arise, for which you must select the option and fill in the information required by ANTAI:

Once you have selected the appropriate options, click on SAVE and the file will be transferred to ANTAI. 

Driver information
The spontaneously identified driver is the one who has an assignment at the time of the infraction (permanent assignment, identification by badge/key or carsharing reservation)
