Thank you for your feedback!
From the consumption tracking menu, you can view the history of your hybrid and electric vehicle’s recharges. To do this, start by filtering the display on a hybrid and electric vehicle, you can then display both the history of electrical consumption as well as the mixed electric/thermal consumption for hybrid vehicles (warning, functionality only available for some cases)
You then have access to the following information:
- Date: the date on which the refill took place.
- Address: the address where the refill took place.
- Map: When you click on the pictogram, a map opens and displays the place where the recharge took place.
- Plug-in time: the date and time the driver plugged the plug into the vehicle, and the date and time the driver removed the plug from the vehicle.
- Real Charge Time: the date and time when the actual battery charge began, as well as the date and time at which the actual battery charge ended.
Why display real charge time?
For example, a driver can let his vehicle connect from 8am to 5pm on a charging station, while the total charge (battery that reaches 100%) actually ended at 2pm. This situation can give rise, for example, to claims for expense reports for unsupported charging stations (payment of the charging station from 2pm to 5pm was superfluous since the vehicle had already reached its full load).
- Quantity: quantity of battery in KWh recovered during charging.
Module also available for customers without geolocation.
The table is then more synthetic and contains the following information: Charging date, charging time, actual charging time and recharged quantity.
