These alerts keep you informed about your entire fleet, including driving laws, renewals, servicing, abnormal consumption, vehicle non-returns, mileage updates, contract terminations and ANTAI.

To update your preferences and activate/deactivate alerts, click on MODIFY. A new window with the various alerts will open.

In the example of the rolling law, you can determine whether this alert applies to the whole fleet or to the assignment centres concerned, whether there are reminders (daily/weekly/monthly), who to notify by e-mail and on the mobile application, and finally the list of e-mails concerned.

'Mileage update' alert

For vehicles without a telematics box, it is possible to activate a notification on the drivers' mobile application to encourage them to enter the vehicle's mileage.

Initially, the cursor is set to ‘Inactive’.

Move the cursor to ACTIVE to activate the alert.

Another slider allows you to apply the alert to your entire fleet or just to the selected assignment centres.

You can then configure the following criteria using drop-down lists:

• the assignment centres
• update frequency
• notification recipients on the mobile application

The notification will be displayed in 2 different ways on the phone:

• Push notification if the application is closed

• Information banner if the application is open
