The customer profile allows you to customize your user experience and simplify configurations according to your specific needs. You can change the following features:

Customization of the main color

Click on the color gauge or the hexadecimal color selector (#) to choose the color that will be used as the main color for your platform interface.

Customization of the web platform and mobile app

You can customize the logo on the web platform and mobile app. You can upload your own logo, allowing you to customize the interface to match your company's visual identity. This improves the user experience by adding a personalized touch to the platform interface.

Change logos

To change the logo of the mobile app or web platform, simply click on the delete button (the trash can button) to delete the current logo, then click on the upload button (the blue button with an upward arrow) located below the corresponding logo location. You can then select and add your logo from your computer. Once the logo has been uploaded, it will automatically appear in the location specified by the interface. You can also drag and drop your logo from your files to replace the current one.

The logo for the mobile app will also be displayed on the web platform when the menu is hidden.

Automatic translation of labels

When you create or edit a label on the platform, it is automatically translated into the languages available on the platform. Labels can be costs, products, maintenance, equipment, etc. Anything you have entered yourself on the platform.

For example, if you add new equipment, it will be directly translated into all languages on the platform.

Step 1: Select the default language for the platform.

The labels will be automatically translated from this language

Step 2: select the label family

The system will suggest translations. You can modify them if you wish.

Click on the flag to change the language.

How languages work

  • When you edit a label in the default language, all translations will be automatically updated.
  • However, if you edit a label in a language other than the default language, the translation will not be updated in other languages.
Important

Don't forget to click SAVE to save the changes you have made.
