Introduction :
The service only consists of identifying the driver of a violation and transmitting his personal address.
"Classic" process:
1. ANTAI is notified of an offence by the police
2. ANTAI sends to the organization (company, community, etc.) a request for driver identification for the observed violation
3. The organization identifies the driver and sends their address and exits the process.
4. The driver receives the Report at his home.
(The process also handles other cases: driver error, vehicle error, paper PV submission, etc.)
- Vehicle registration must respect the official formats: AA-111-AA or AA111AA or 1111AA11 or W111AA (SIV Garage). With or without spaces or dashes between characters.
- The driver's name, first name and home address must be entered in the application.
- The entry and exit dates (if applicable) of each vehicle must be entered.
Namely:
Some rules of operation for a good understanding of the service:
- The exchange of files between the application and the ANTAI is done once a day around noon. (A file exported at 14h will be transmitted the next day at noon).
- The export of the total fleet of vehicles to ANTAI is done automatically by the application every month.
- Vehicle movements (in/out) are communicated to ANTAI automatically by the application every day after midnight.
- We do not share the driver file with ANTAI.
- Each unanswered request for identification is renewed the following day. After 46 requests, the paper ticket without rate is automatically issued and sent to the owner named on the Certificate of Registration.
On all pages, you can select the organisation concerned.
This option applies to groups with subsidiaries, for example, or delegated managers who manage several clients.
For mono-organizations, only yours appears in the list and is selected by default.
