Vehicle allocation
Drivers can assign a vehicle to themselves, subject to certain conditions. To use this feature, it is essential that the account manager has previously activated this option from the web platform Menu.
Click on Settings > Employees > Vehicle assignment.
To confirm your choice, move the cursor to "YES".
Once the option has been activated, drivers can proceed to assign the vehicle in the application.
View the list of your vehicles
At a glance you can see the status of your vehicles, their fuel/charge level, mileage, maintenance status, last known position, etc. Click on the three horizontal lines at the top right of the page to switch to a simplified display of the list:
The colour of the key on each tile tells you the status of the vehicle:
- RED : stationary
- ORANGE : stopped with engine running
- GREEN : moving
Vehicle file
Select the vehicle you want to view. Its page will open.
The vehicle file is made up of modules that can be displayed or not, and ordered according to the user's needs and preferences. Each module is adapted according to the type of device, permissions and information available. Click on one of the tiles to access a more detailed vehicle file.
To organise these modules, go to the bottom of the page and click on Change display. From this page, you can delete or reorganise the modules according to what you consult most.
Vehicle
Click on the pictogram to display the VIN number (Vehicle Identification Number), registration date, fuel type and Crit'Air category. The Crit'Air symbol
is also available at the top left of the file. By selecting "Edit information", you can take or download a photograph of the vehicle.
Alerts
The alerts are those for the account (Account Administrator and Manager) or for supervised vehicles (Supervisors). By clicking on a label, the user is redirected to the corresponding alert type view.
Mileage
Depending on the type of device, it may or may not be possible to update the mileage.
Geolocation
There are two possibilities: either geolocation is activated and you can locate the vehicle using the following colour code:
- GREEN: Ignition on
- ORANGE: Engine off
- RED: Ignition off
Or geolocation is deactivated and this message is displayed:
To activate it, go to the "Activation of geolocation" module at the very bottom of the vehicle file.
Then move the cursor to Activated to activate geolocation.
Driver & monthly data
The driver assigned to the vehicle is displayed. Click to change the driver assigned and
to delete the current one. You can also view the data for the current or previous month: kilometres driven, driving time and average fuel consumption.
Renewal
This module is only displayed if the vehicle is in the process of being renewed.
Maintenance
This new, dedicated module alerts you to any servicing required, and how long it has been overdue. You can also justify past servicing by clicking on "Save a maintenance operation".
Documents
You can download the documents associated with the vehicle in one click.
Monitoring zones
You can now display and manage monitoring zones from the vehicle file.
Temperature
If the temperature module is activated for the account, you will see :
- the name of the sensor
- the temperature of the sensor, the date and time of the last reading
- the green or red pictogram, corresponding to the user-defined temperature limits.
Consumption
On the home screen, you can see your consumption at any given moment. Clicking on "See consumption monitoring" gives you access to your consumption data in graphs by day, week and month.
Average real consumption
This module allows you to get information quickly.
Latest journeys
You can consult your last three journeys from this module, and by clicking on "See all" you have access to all the vehicle's journeys.
Immobilisation
If you decide to immobilise the vehicle, a second page will ask you to confirm this action and give you details of how.
Choosing / changing the vehicle
When the option is activated on the platform (settings > employees > vehicle assignment), drivers can assign a vehicle to themselves and return it. This module therefore only appears if the option is activated.
