Preamble

The activity of these machines is measured in hours, not kilometres.
For vehicles - machines - boats, there are a number of features available:

  • Thanks to geolocation and vehicle and activity information widgets, you can track the use and movements of machines in real time. This improves transparency and responsiveness for optimised fleet management.
  • The creation of detailed reports, including machine activity, mileage and hourly summaries, enables you to analyse efficiency, track maintenance requirements and optimise machine operation.
  • The integration of maintenance by the hour makes it possible to anticipate and plan the maintenance required, thus avoiding unforeseen breakdowns and extending the life of the machines.

Machinery information

This widget lists a range of data about the vehicle, giving you an overall view of it.

Hours tracked: the number of hours the vehicle has been used, as calculated by the hour meter, is shown in the blue box above.

Activity time

This widget shows you a summary of the vehicle's activities for the day.

It shows when the vehicle was stationary, moving, or stop while engine's running.

The different colours on the graph allow you to view these states at different times of the day, helping you to track vehicle use and activity at a glance.

Device status

This tab takes you to a complete table showing all the crucial elements on your enclosures. (see image 1)

In this table, you have a ‘time meter’ column which totals the number of hours of activity. (see image 2)

Fleet management

On this page, vehicle management, with columns dedicated to timetables, allows you to centralise information and get a clear overview of the status and use of your vehicles.

Machinery sheet

This header shows the current useful life of the machine.

A new space dedicated to time and attendance management is created on the form.

The initial operating time is set by the installer, and then the hours of operation are added as the machine is used.

The current activity time can be modified by the manager.

Maintenance tracking

The Maintenance Tracking tab allows you to manage the servicing and maintenance of your equipment according to the hours in which it is used.
The drop-down menu gives you several options for tracking maintenance and setting up alerts based on several criteria, such as frequency,actual activity in hours, or a combination of the two.
This helps you to plan and monitor maintenance proactively, based on actual machine use.
