Resumen del artículo

All your vehicle information in one place

🚨 Before

Registration certificate data and technical specifications were split across different tabs. Equipment and comments were mixed in with the specifications.

✅ Now

The Information tab brings everything together on a single page, organised into sections:

  • Certificate, with the vehicle's SIV status
  • Technical Specifications*
  • Image, where you can add, edit, download or delete the vehicle photo
  • Crit'Air sticker
  • Comments and options and Equipment, each in its own section
  • Documents, in a sortable, paginated table An icon shows which information is synchronised automatically.

🎯 What this means for you

You can see all of a vehicle's information at a glance, without switching between tabs.

💡 This feature is available on request. Contact your usual representative to activate it.

Correct registration data at any time

🚨 Before

Once the data had been retrieved automatically from the SIV, the registration certificate information could no longer be edited.

✅ Now

Certificate fields remain editable even after SIV retrieval.

These include the registration number, dates, registered keeper, make, VIN, GVW, fuel type, fiscal horsepower, seats and CO2.

Depending on the vehicle category, the GCW, number of axles and suspension type can also be edited.

A SIV modified status appears at the top of the page whenever data has been changed.

🎯 What this means for you

Your data stays reliable and up to date, even when there is an error or a change.

The "SIV modified" status lets you instantly spot information that has been corrected manually.

ℹ️ Some automatically synchronised data may not be editable.

💡 This feature is available on request. Contact your usual representative to activate it.
