Benefit in Kind: manual or automatic mode?
The application works on 2 exclusive modes depending on the subscriptions you have subscribed:
MANUAL mode:
You enter the lump sum costs of vehicles in the application in simplified BIK mode
AUTOMATIC mode:
The costs are recovered from the invoices entered or imported in the FLEET MANAGEMENT module.
Prerequisites :
In order for the service to function correctly and automatically, a number of prerequisites must be met:
- The private/pro templates must be set up in order to calculate the private and professional mileage.
- For the automatic calculation of BIK: the costs must be set up and the invoices entered or imported.
