How to contact customer service?

No solution found?

To contact Customer Service, click on "Customer Service" at the top right of your Help Center.

Submit a new request

To submit a new request, click on "send new request" in the center of your screen.

Then fill in all the required information and click SEND.

Track the status of your requests

In this space, you can follow the evolution of all your requests to the customer service. 

You can access the summary of your requests by clicking on 'My requests' in the center of the screen or on your name at the top right of the screen, and by choosing 'My requests' in the menu that opens.

This summary gives you the ability to:  

  • Track the status of your requests
  • Provide additional information on requests that have already been submitted and/or are being processed
  • Follow up on a request already processed 

Each request line allows you to view the following information:

  • The subject of your request
  • The number of your request (ID)
  • The date your request was created
  • The last activity performed on your request
  • The status of your request

Before contacting us for an after-sales service of a unit: 

  • Will you make sure that the vehicle is on the road or that the vehicle is not parked in an underground parking lot...
  • Will you make sure that the vehicle is not being repaired and that the battery is still charged
  • Has the vehicle been serviced by a repairman?
  • Hasn't a fuse been blown?

OBD tracker FTU type message:

Following the verifications made on the two mobile trackers br 914 qw, ax 449 wl and ac 204 se, it turned out that they do not detect GSM and GPS signals anymore.

For AX5 mobile trackers, please perform the following tests:

1 - Disconnect and reconnect it

2 - Use the extension cord and place the tracker as high as possible in the vehicle's interior

3 - Test it in another vehicle

4 - Make a trip with the vehicle
