Multi-Fleet Manager

A Fleeter Manager has access to a consolidated view of all the accounts attached to it.

All the menus of the Fleet Management and ANTAI (France only) offer a consolidated view of all the fleets.

The Fleeter Manager can also connect directly to any supervised account as the Fleet Manager of this account.

There are 2 types of Fleeter Manager :

• Fleeter Manager STANDARD: access to all menus but no modification is allowed.
• Fleeter Manager ADMINISTRATOR: access to all menus with modification authorization.

You cannot change the type of account yourself, please contact our Customer Service.

Business Connect 

Business Connect is a solution dedicated to automotive professionals: car dealers, maintenance centers...

The solution allows access to alerts and details of the vehicles of customers sold or managed by the professionals and to modify the data.

There are 2 profiles:

• TECHNICAL profile: access to maintenance alerts and defects and to the vehicle files on technical aspects (maintenance, defects)
• GLOBAL profile: technical access + access to contracts, driving laws and renewals (alerts and vehicle files).

You cannot change the account type yourself, please contact our Customer Service.

The search tool applies to all supervised accounts

The search and selection bars allow you to select one or more vehicles or drivers or a group on ALL supervised accounts... This selection will serve as a filter for all services you navigate through. The pages will be displayed WITH the selected vehicle(s).

1. The search bar allows you to search for a driver or vehicle and display their record.

2. The filter bar allows you to filter one or more client accounts, assignment centers or groups.

Gestion administrative

You can access the consolidated fleet of vehicles according to the selected accounts and the vehicle and driver records.

You can consult, modify, delete contracts, consult the costs related to all vehicles, groups, assignment centers or customer accounts.

You can also consult alerts, incidents and interventions related to these vehicles.

Access these functionalities from the vehicle file.

Technical management of maintenance

You can access the maintenance tab on the vehicle files.

SAVE new maintenance by selecting the date of the intervention, the mileage of the vehicle at the time of the intervention, the supplier and the amount of the operation.

Login to supervised accounts

1. Click on the filter bar:

2. Check the account concerned

3. Click on CONNECT

Return to the fleeter account

1. Click on the avatar (in the right banner)

2. Select "Return to main account".
