Navigation Update: Discover the New “Reference Data” Section

To provide a simpler and clearer experience, we have redesigned the menu structure and the way core platform data is organized.

Here’s what’s changing 👇

🧭 A New Central Entry Point: Reference Data

A new Reference Data section is now available in the menu.

It now brings together:

🚗 Vehicle list
👥 Employee list

The idea is simple: group key data in one place so you can access it more easily.

🚗 A Single Page for All Your Vehicles

All your vehicles are now consolidated into one page: Vehicle List.

Whether your fleet is:

• 100% combustion
• 100% electric
• or mixed

… everything is centralized in one place.

✔️ Smart display

Columns specific to electric vehicles are shown only if your fleet includes them.
You can customize visible columns via Organize columns.

ℹ️ Where did contract and maintenance data go?

Some information (contracts, usage policies, maintenance) is no longer displayed in the main table.

It is still fully available:

📊 In the new, comprehensive Vehicles report, accessible from the Reports module
📄 Via the Contracts export
🔎 In dedicated modules
📁 In detailed vehicle pages

The goal is to keep the vehicle list clean and fast, while giving you access to more detailed reports when needed.

👥 Employees Also Move to Reference Data

The employee list is now accessible in the same place as vehicles.

You can:

• View the list
• Access profiles based on your permissions

Result: a more logical and consistent organization.

📊 A Dedicated Contracts Export

To simplify contract management, a specific Contracts export is now available in the Reports module.

It provides:

• Contract-related data
• Vehicle information needed for tracking

Useful for a consolidated view.

⚙️ A Clearer Menu for Daily Use

Navigation has also been simplified:

• The active section is now highlighted in the menu
• The menu can be collapsed for better readability
• Profile and Settings are accessible at the bottom of the menu
• Access to the HUB is now directly integrated into the menu
