Follow-up of time/mileage ratio

To access the time/mileage ration follow-up table, click on FLEET MANAGEMENT -> Follow-up & Management -> Time/mileage ratio

By following these steps, you will be taken to the Time/Mileage ratio page:

In the Selection criteria section, you can sort the items to be displayed according to your criteria:

1. By vehicle/ centre of assignment of vehicle:

2. By product/ supplier:

3. By time/mileage ratio status:

4. By difference found/ mileage consumed/ time elapsed:

By default, you can select bounds in the bar. Values between these bounds are displayed in blue and are included in the selection.

 However, if you tick the box, values between the limits will appear in red and be excluded from the selection.

5. Remember to save your selections by clicking on

6. The vehicles are displayed in a tracking table with 10 columns:

- Vehicle registration

- Centre of assignment 

- Product

- Status of the time/mileage ratio

- Current deviation found

- Initial contract mileage 

- Mileage consumed

- Initial contract duration 

- Elapsed time 

- Projected difference at the end of the contract 

- Total projected additional kilometres to be paid

Information

Each column has a sorting button  allowing you to classify items in ascending or descending order, from A to Z or vice versa.

7. It is possible to choose the number of lines to be displayed (10, 20, 50 or 100) on the time/mileage ratio follow-up page.

8. You can also copy the rows as text or export the table in CSV format.
