MISSIONS - ADDING A NEW CUSTOMER

This change allows the user to create a new client when creating a mission. An "Add a client" button has been added below the "Client" field. 

It opens a window to create a new address in the address book.

Once the registration of the new address is completed, the user can use this new client to create his mission. The address is automatically added to the address book.

GEOLOCATION ALERTS - RECIPIENT MANAGEMENT

New features have been added to the "Global View" table of geolocation alerts:

Ability to select all vehicles: Added a checkbox allowing the user to select all vehicles.

Modification of the page name: "Global view" becomes "Global view and notifications".

Notification settings (email addresses and phone numbers to notify)

  • Simple selection
    • Add the geolocation group of the selected vehicle
    • Possibility to extend the notification settings to the vehicles of the geolocation group
  • Multi-selection. When opening the editing window:
    • If email addresses or phone numbers are similar, a maximum of 6 similar email addresses or 6 similar phone numbers are kept. The user is free to modify the different lists.
    • If no email addresses or phone numbers are entered in the settings the settings are empty and can be defined by the user.
    • If no similar email addresses or phone numbers are entered in the settings, the settings are empty and definable by the user.

ADDITION OF THE TEMPERATURE PICTOGRAM

This evolution aims at adding the temperature pictogram in the list of vehicles of the general map for vehicles with a probe.

When hovering over the pictogram, a pop-up displays the last known temperature for each of the probes associated with the vehicle as well as the date and time of the last update.

If no temperature has been taken or if the reading is too old, an information message is displayed when hovering over the pictogram

When you click on the temperature icon, the trips window opens to display the temperature curve of the last recorded trip.

CONSTRUCTION BONUS - CALCULATIONS AND REPORTS

These features follow the release note 2.27.0 including the parameterization part of the global topic.

Bonus Calculations:

Calculation of meal allowance:

Amount of the basket bonus for the period concerned x number of days of assignment

Calculation of travel allowance:

1) Calculation of the distance between the headquarters and the site 

2) Definition of the zone according to the calculated distance

3) Commuting bonus = amount of the bonus for the defined zone x number of days of assignment in the period

Calculation of transport bonus:

1) Calculation of the distance between the employee's home and the work site

2) Definition of the zone according to the calculated distance

3) Transport premium = amount of the premium for the defined zone x number of days of assignment in the period

These bonuses are then visible in Geolocation / Trips-Reports / Short trip allowances.

This table shows the total of bonuses per employee and per site. 

A csv export is available.

Have the driver charter accepted from the platform

Platform administrators have the option of setting up a guiding charter from the general parameters of employees (see opposite).

After the administrator has set up the chart from his platform, it is now displayed as a pop-in in the Coonect Driver 2 mobile app, just after the user has logged in. 

The latter must check the conditions and validate the acceptance of the charter in order to start navigating its application. Depending on the criteria chosen by the administrator, the user will have to validate the charter every day, every week, every month, every year or only once.

Make mandatory the inventory of exit

Today, the carsharing module gives drivers who have booked a vehicle in carsharing the opportunity to enter an inventory of the vehicle in and out of booking.

Platform administrators already have the option of displaying these entry and exit status tabs on web and mobile applications, from the general carsharing settings.

The final objective of this evolution is to force some drivers to indicate the parking space on which they parked the reserved vehicle. 

This field is now available in the Statement of Exit Locations, which are not required to be entered. This evolution will therefore allow platform administrators to make the entry of the state of the state of exit mandatory, thus forcing drivers to fill in the location of the vehicle.

In the general parameters of carsharing, the administrator can choose:

  • NOT AVAILABLE: do not display the status tabs in the vehicle booking detail (platform and CD2).
  • AVAILABLE AND MANDATORY: Display the status tabs by making entry of the status of exit locations mandatory.
  • AVAILABLE AND OPTIONAL: Display the status tabs by making entry of the status of exit locations optional.

Details:

NOT AVAILABLE: when the “Not available” option has been checked, after starting the booking, the tabs are not displayed in the vehicle booking details (neither driver side nor manager side):    

AVAILABLE AND MANDATORY & AVAILABLE AND OPTIONAL: When one of the 2 “Available” options has been checked, the tabs are displayed as follows in the vehicle booking details:    

AVAILABLE AND OPTIONAL: When the “Available and Optional” option has been checked, the tabs are displayed in the vehicle booking details as seen above, but entry of the Exit Status is not mandatory.

The driver and the manager will be able to complete the reservation even if the status is not entered.

AVAILABLE AND MANDATORY: When the “Available and Mandatory” option has been checked, the tabs are displayed in the vehicle booking details as seen above, and entry of the exit status is mandatory for the driver. 

The driver will not be able to complete his reservation until he has entered his state of exit and, among other things, the parking location of his car.

The manager, on the other hand, will have the hand to complete a reservation with an obligatory inventory without the latter having been seized.

Create mission tours from the v2 platform

On the V1 platform, administrators can create mission tours. This module of «Tours» is now implemented on the V2, based on the existing module in V1 to which have been added some improvements in order to increase the quality of the user experience.

Display surveillance zones from the tape

The goal is to allow users to display monitoring areas on their map, directly from the ribbon.

Access its invoices from the v2 platform

A field in the admin allows to activate, or not, the access to the intranet of invoices directly from the platform: (by default, this field is checked for all customers, except for fleet managers, and unchecked for all other customers).

If the checkbox in the admin is checked, then the access to the invoices will be made available directly on the platform, in the pop-in "My information", accessible by clicking on the avatar (top right):

By clicking on the link, the customer is redirected to the invoice intranet, and automatically logged in.

Share your position

The objective of this development is to allow administrators, managers and supervisors to share a driver’s position by email or SMS to a third party (from the React card only).
