FMT100

Presentation of the unit

The FMT100 is a 2-wire waterproof unit to be connected directly to the vehicle battery.

The SIM card is located in the unit.

Fixing the unit

Before attaching the unit to the vehicle, the ignition MUST be turned OFF.

Locate the battery in your vehicle. If necessary, remove the battery cover to access the battery.

There is double-sided tape on the back of the unit:

Use it to attach the unit to the battery so that the GNSS antenna and lights are facing up.

Connecting the Power Lead (RED)

The unit's power wire is designed to connect directly to the vehicle's battery positive terminal attachment.

Ground wire connection (BLACK)

The unit's ground wire is designed to be directly connected to the vehicle's negative battery terminal attachment.

Disassembling the housing

1. Before removing the unit from the vehicle, the ignition must be turned OFF.

2. Disconnect the power wire (RED)

3. Disconnect the ground wire (BLACK)

4. Peel off the tape on the back of the unit.
